I went to a local baking school today and learned how to make Soboro Bread (Soboro Pan – 소보로 빵), a type of streusel bread. I only tried soboro pan from my local korean bakeries and never tried them fresh, so this was a great experience. When they’re fresh, they taste even better. I’ll post the recipe when I get a chance!
