Summer has finally arrived in California and that means it’s time to make smoothies!! I like to make blueberry smoothies because blueberries are high in antioxidants and have many health benefits. It also keeps me cool and energized. This recipe requires no milk, yogurt, or ice cream, so don’t worry about the calories!
This recipe makes about 2 smoothies
- 1 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 large ripe banana
Things You’ll Need
- Blend the frozen blueberries, apple juice, and banana in a blender until smooth.
- Pour smoothie in chilled glasses and top with fresh blueberries if desired.
