I happen to be a Dim sum maniac, so when my aunt mentioned Dim sum for lunch, I couldn’t hide my excitement. My aunt took me to a restaurant called Top Gun in Bellevue (near Seattle). Ladies with carts full of goodies bustled by and I ended up eating way too much. Let’s just say EVERYTHING was good! We also ordered Chow fun from the menu and that was excellent too. If you’re in the area, check out Top Gun!! Get there early, because parking can be a problem.

Oh and by the way, I tried to capture the moment as well as I could with my old iphone camera… I wish I had my DSLR camera with me~~

    Prawn dumpling, prawn rice rolls, egg tarts and BBQ pork in puff pastry are my favourite dim sims.  I actually like everything in the trolleys pushed by the ladies.  The best dim sims is in Hong Kong.
