To make this recipe, you really need your tuna to be sashimi grade. This tuna sashimi recipe makes a great appetizer or snack and it’s very quick and easy to make!
Ingredients:
6 oz Tuna sashimi
1/2 green onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon ponzu sauce (citrus soy sauce)
Makes 2 servings
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Chop green onion and cut tuna to 1/4 inch thin pieces (bite size).
Step 2: Put sashimi on a plate and drizzle about 1 tablespoon of ponzu sauce on and around the sashimi. Sprinkle chopped onion on top and serve.
